Services

Connected Within™

A group psychotherapy practice centered on attachment, emotional regulation, and present-day skills.

Individual Therapy

Selective individual psychotherapy for adults (18+), offered with an emphasis on regulation, integration and personalization which can be paired with group psychotherapy work. Limited spots available.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

A clinically guided experience that pairs the neurological effects of ketamine with intentional psychotherapy — so change doesn't just happen during the session. It travels with you.

Many people arrive believing they need to work through everything alone. While individual therapy can be helpful, much of our pain—and healing—happens within relationships.

Group pscyotherapy offers something uniquely powerful:

  • A chance to practice connection in real time

  • Insight into relational patterns as they emerge

  • Support, reflection, and feedback from others walking similar paths

  • A felt sense of belonging and shared humanity

At Sage Psychotherapy, group therapy is not an add-on—it’s the primary path toward building secure, healthy relationships.

Why Group Psychotherapy?

Connected Within™

An entirely new approach to group psychotherapy

Connected Within™ is the heart of Sage Counseling.

This ongoing group psychotherapy model is designed for adults who want to build secure connection, emotional regulation, and relational skills within a supportive community.

  • Present-focused and skills-based

  • Attachment-informed (not trauma-processing)

  • Designed for ongoing participation—not a short-term program

Group psychotherapy allows you to practice real-time connection, receive feedback, and experience healing through relationship—rather than in isolation.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an evidence-informed approach that uses ketamine — a legal, FDA-approved medication — to create a temporary shift in how the brain holds on to old patterns. In that window, therapeutic work becomes more accessible. Defenses soften. New perspectives emerge.

What makes KAP different from other treatments isn't the ketamine itself — it's what happens before, during, and after. Preparation. Presence. Integration. Each phase is held therapeutically, so the experience becomes meaning, not just medicine.

Individual Psychotherapy (Limited Availability)

Individual therapy at Sage Psychotherapy is offered on a selective basis and often in support of group work.

This option may be a good fit if you’re:

  • Preparing to join group therapy

  • Integrating insights from group work

  • Needing short-term, focused support

The emphasis remains on building skills and awareness that support relational healing beyond the therapy room.
